The Hargrove Hearth Specialist
program is a salesperson-training course, which is designed to give
participating Hargrove retailers superior knowledge of Hargrove
Hearth products, helping these professionals provide outstanding service
to their customers.
The Hargrove Hearth Specialist program is offered to select candidates
at eligible retailers. Candidates must complete an in-depth
product training course and product knowledge examination to achieve
this certification. Once
certified, Hargrove Hearth Specialists participate in ongoing
product discussion and periodic training updates.
Hargrove Hearth Specialists are highly knowledgeable hearth professionals
who can expertly assist consumers and can provide exceptional
service to their customers.
